Billie entered  the service from Nebraska with service number # 37484235.

 

Billie died during Construction on the HP bridge at Lingayen Gulf on Jan. 12, 1945, he is honored with a Purple Heart, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

 

Billie is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial  Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
